Note: all attendees of the BEAVRS annual meeting must now be registered members. Please see the table below for the registration fee prices

The annual meeting fee includes membership to BEAVRS and access to our online community where you can create your member profile, browse our members list, add members as friends and create discussion groups.

* Sponsorship by an existing full member is required.

This fee includes admission to the BEAVRS meeting, the gala dinner, a copy of the programme, admission to the exhibition and all tea/coffee breaks and lunch during the meeting.

Confirmation of Registration

Once your BEAVRS account is activated and full payment have been received, you will receive an email confirmation. Your programme, name badge, CPD certificate and receipt for payment will be given to you at the meeting.

Method of payment

Full payment can be made with the Standing Order Form or by directly into the BEAVRS bank account. Please ensure that you state the full name of the delegate attending the meeting as a reference.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received by 30th September 2011 will be refunded minus a £50 administration fee.
Cancellations received after 30th September 2011 are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the meeting organiser, Shahida Wood, by e-mail – beavrs@gmail.com

If for any reason the meeting is cancelled, BEAVRS is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by delegates.

Name Change

If you are prevented from attending the meeting, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes are possible until 30th September 2011. For name changes after 30th September 2011 there will be a charge of £50 per name change.

Liability

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the organisers should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Certificate of attendance and CPD points awarded

A certificate of attendance will be available on-site.

The two-day meeting has been awarded (Thursday only: 6 points; Friday only: 6 points).

Badges

Identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all the meeting functions (scientific or social).
